The work deals with medicinal plants in field "Na Réně" on FMD city forest in Ivančice. The occurence and mapping of medicinal plants in the area was carried out and for the specified species the potential supply on determined places was determined. When mapping was recorded incidence 25 species of medicinal plants. The supply was determined for stinging nettle (Urtica dioica L.) and european elder (Sambucus nigra L.). For stinging nettle (Urtica dioica L.) the dry matter of stalk was 75,750 g and 41,083 g of dry leaves out of the area of 1 m2 . The potential supply of dry blossom of european elder (Sambucus nigra L.) was 2,249 g out of 1 m2
